De Content Studio
De Content Studio builds and runs content strategies and plans with the reflexes of a publisher. No-nonsense storytelling, from strategy through production to reporting.
The content of this factsheet is in Dutch.
De Content Studio is a Belgian content marketing studio founded on editorial experience rather than agency experience. We turn content strategy into a working part of a client's business plan, produce the content ourselves, and report transparently on what it delivers. We work for financial, institutional and consumer brands, and we act as the editorial production house for Ads & Data across all media of that national sales house. Production is AI-supported and editor-controlled: drafts can be machine-assisted, but a human editor signs off on every fact and every line that leaves the studio.
Per-head and per-hour figures say too little here: too few people are on the payroll. This factsheet therefore shows growth, profitability and balance sheet.
What we do
- Marketing and content strategy. We map what your customers and stakeholders actually need, test your existing content against it,define the gap and build a content plan per buyer persona.
- Built on the 4P method (Pijler, Publiek, Platform, Perspectief) and inbound funnel logic.
- Production and rollout. On- and offline storytellers, editors and copy editors with domain expertise, designers, social media specialists, audio and video producers.
- Analysis and reporting. Measurement against KPIs agreed up front, continuous adjustment, and reporting that also names what did not work.
- Content Studio Inside. We set up a temporary content studio inside your organisation, or help you build your own and train your people until it runs without us.
How we work with a new client
- Qualify. One conversation to test whether this is a content problem or a positioning, sales or internal buy-in problem wearing a content costume.
- Diagnose. Audit of existing content, findability, channels and tone of voice, plus the 4P intake.
- Strategise. One document: content architecture, themes, channels, funnel and conversion points.
- Produce. In-house editorial, design and layout.
- Distribute and measure. Publish, distribute, report against the agreed KPIs.
- Compound. Update, repurpose and reformat. Content as a flywheel rather than a series of campaigns.
- Publisher's DNA, not agency DNA. Editorial judgement comes before campaign thinking.
- A named editor takes responsibility for every text. No anonymous output.
- Proven in regulated and sensitive sectors: banking, insurance, public authorities.
- Content Studio Inside: we can work from inside your organisation and train your team out of dependence on us.
- Native Belgian Dutch, with French and English in-house.

What this factsheet does not know
- How good the work is. Figures do not measure creativity, strategy or chemistry.
- How the client portfolio is spread. Concentration is not in the accounts.
- Freelancers and subcontractors are not in the FTE figures. An agency with 40 staff may in practice run with 70 people.
- This agency files an abbreviated or micro scheme and therefore publishes no staff data. Seniority, turnover and hourly level cannot be derived. This is entirely legal and says nothing about quality.
- The figures cover financial year 2025, filed on 23/03/2026. At a fast-moving agency reality today may differ.
Based on publicly filed annual accounts (NBB) and official records (CBE, Belgian Official Gazette). An indication, not financial advice. Sector medians calculated on 7 Aug 2026. Sector medians based on financial year 2024: the last year for which nearly all accounts have been filed.
