Remes
Remes makes brands feel human. The Kortrijk-based agency combines strategy, branding and marketing to find the AHA moment where a brand finally clicks.
The content of this factsheet is in Dutch.
Remes is a strategic branding and marketing agency based in Kortrijk, founded in 2021 by Creative Director Anjo Wychuyse. The agency starts from the belief that brands work best when they feel human: recognisable, honest and a little bit bold. Its work revolves around the AHA effect, the moment a client sees their brand and recognises themselves in it. Every project is built to reach that moment and to keep the feeling alive long after launch.
Remes guides SMEs, scale-ups and international companies from brand strategy and identity to web, content and campaigns, with a compact senior team that lives by one tagline: Dare to brand.
Full description
Most companies know exactly what they do, far fewer can explain why it matters to their customers. That question is where every Remes (re)branding or branding project begins. Through a structured kick-off and an in-house Brand DNA method built on brand archetypes, the team uncovers what truly sets a company apart, and turns that insight into a brand that is consistent across every touchpoint.
The team works across three connected pillars: Strategy, Branding, and Marketing & Launch. Services range from positioning, naming and visual identity to UX and web design, content marketing, social media, online advertising, photo and video, motion design, 3D visualisation and packaging. Because the team is compact and senior, clients work directly with the people doing the work, including the founder. Many clients start with a branding project and continue with Remes as their long-term marketing partner.
What sets Remes apart
Remes combines the strategic depth of a larger agency with the short lines of a small, senior team. Clients never get passed down to a junior account layer: the founder stays involved from the first workshop onwards, and the same people who shape the strategy also shape the identity and the campaigns. On top of that, Remes works with its own proven methodology, from a structured kick-off covering offer, mission, values, competition and identity to an archetype-based Brand DNA process that gives every brand a clear, defendable core.
Our expertise
At Remes, the creative work only begins once the strategic core is clear, so every logo, website, post and campaign builds on the same story. Every year the team dives deep into a handful of sectors until it knows their logic and unwritten rules. That approach has proven itself for industrial manufacturers explaining complex products, healthcare and wellbeing brands building trust, and premium consumer brands launching something new. Remes also shares its expertise in workshops, such as a branding session for six game studios organised with Flanders Game Hub at Hangar K.
Network & partnerships
Remes combines a dedicated in-house team with a trusted network of freelance specialists in serveral disciplines, which allows the agency to scale up for larger or more specialised productions while keeping strategic and creative control in-house.

What this factsheet does not know
- How good the work is. Figures do not measure creativity, strategy or chemistry.
- How the client portfolio is spread. Concentration is not in the accounts.
- Freelancers and subcontractors are not in the FTE figures. An agency with 40 staff may in practice run with 70 people.
- The figures cover financial year 2025, filed on 28/08/2026. At a fast-moving agency reality today may differ.

Payroll cost per FTE is the best public proxy for a team's experience level. Higher is not automatically better, but it says something about who sits at the table.

Will your team stay?
Inflow and outflow from the social report. This series only counts people on the payroll: freelancers who invoice do not appear in it. A low figure therefore means two very different things, a stable permanent team or a small core with heavy outsourcing. A high figure usually points to short contracts. Compare only within the same type of agency.
