## Que fait Comith ?

**Wie we zijn**
Comith is een onafhankelijk full-service marketingbureau in Affligem, opgericht in 1994. Wat startte in grafisch drukwerk groeide uit tot een communicatiebureau en vandaag tot een marketingbureau met een twintigtal medewerkers.

We werken bewust met generalisten. Mensen die zowel de strategie als de uitvoering begrijpen, en die weten wat een boodschap moet doen voor ze bepalen hoe ze eruitziet.

**Twee manieren van samenwerken**

- **Als marketingafdeling.** Voor organisaties die een structurele marketingpartner zoeken, vaak kmo's zonder eigen marketingteam of met een kleine marketingcel. We denken mee over strategie, positionering en het marketing- of jaarplan, en vertalen dat naar campagnes, creatie en uitvoering. Met een vast aanspreekpunt, doorlopend.
- **Op projectbasis.** Voor grotere organisaties en multinationals met een eigen marketingteam, dat capaciteit of specialisme extern haalt. Gerichte opdrachten zoals een campagne, een website, een employer branding traject, een brochure of een videoproductie. Wij sluiten aan op hun processen en huisstijl.
Welke vorm het ook wordt, het doel blijft hetzelfde: marketing eenvoudiger maken en efficiënter uitvoeren.

- **Organisatie**: projectmanagement, mediaplanning, media-inkoop, campagnebeheer
**Hoe we werken**

1. **Diagnose voor uitvoering.** Eerst begrijpen waar het geld verdiend wordt, dan pas kanalen kiezen.
2. **Eén vast team.** Een vaste accountverantwoordelijke, geen wisselende gezichten per project.
3. **Een plan met prioriteiten.** Realistisch budget, duidelijke volgorde, geen waslijst met goede intenties.
4. **Uitvoering in huis.** Aangevuld met een vast netwerk van freelancers voor piek en specialisme.
5. **Opvolging op relevante cijfers.** Wat de directie interesseert, niet wat het dashboard mooi maakt.
**Waarom Comith**
Oprichter Johan Van de Velde zit naast zijn rol als bureau-eigenaar ook in raden van bestuur en adviesraden van kmo's. Die bestuursbril loopt door het hele bureau. Het gesprek start bij de business en niet bij de campagne. Marketing moet uitlegbaar zijn aan wie de rekening betaalt.
